Freshly signed Aussie powerhouse-duo DIRT CHEAP fire-up on their first release on VICIOUS following some recent BIG success on the ARIA club chart, with the brand new main-room banger “This Is How We Go”!
Here the Adelaide lads keep their notorious dance floor intensity pumping, setting off on a big-room electro adventure brimming with bass and a catchy vocal hook to boot! Already heating up with heavyweights like STAFFORD BROTHERS, TIMMY TRUMPET, UBERJAK’D, KRONIC, DAVE WINNEL, KRUNK and SGT SLICK giving early props and praise to their solid production prowess on this one.
Rounding off the package on a nice ‘n heavy cut, the big man CHARDY fires up a MASSIVE remix with plenty of bounce to the ounce!
Hot off the back of remixing TIESTO’s “Light Years Away” to rapturous applause (including from the big man himself in his DJ sets!), VICIOUS’s own home-grown Australian DJ/Producer SKYDEN teams-up once again with compadre BEAMAN on the HUGE new tune “Elements”, featuring multi ARIA Award winning Aussie rock songstress SARAH MCLEOD!
Having well and truly established themselves as a future prog-houseones-to-watch, these guys have seen great support on original and remix productions spun and supported by the likes of QUINTINO, DANNY AVILA, THOMAS GOLD and MOGUAI to name a small few.
Soulful and sensual vocals from SARAH MCLEOD pair perfectly with the big-room sounds in a full-frontal, uplifting and banging mainroom anthem set to explode the club and festival floors alike.
Taking it to a different level, Melbourne big room duo APAX step up to the remix duties and seal-off the package to a tee with a thrashing piano laden cut!
After a successful 2014 with releases “Got To Love Somebody”, “Make The Building Shake” and the hugely successful collab track “Rock Da Scene” with big players CHUCKIE & VICE, long standing VICIOUS artist SGT SLICK returns with his fresh new club banger “Freak Show”!
Having previous releases stack up support from legends like TIESTO, DIPLO, CHUCKIE, STAFFORD BROTHERS and STEREOHEROES to name a very small few, it’s fair to say that that the Sarge’s productions come part-n-parcel with a strong seal of approval.
Staying true to form, Slick has definitely produced a whopper here. Stacked and packed with nothing but pure peaktime madness, incorporating a synth laden half-step breakdown, classic energising builds and a solid bounce driven bassline banger that’s sure to get the punters moving!
Since the first outing back in 2004, Matthew Dear’s AUDION guise has predominantly acted as a darker, edgier commentary to the pop-infused house concoctions to be found under the producer’s birth name. A twisted reflection of sorts, it contemplated electronic music through the lens of grime-flecked techno and sinewy funk – resulting in relentless floor-fillers like the aptly named ”Kisses”, “Just Fucking” or “Mouth To Mouth” and of course the heavily supported collaborations with TIGA; “Let’s Go Dancing” and “Fever”. Compared to the itchy momentum and carnal damp of these freak classics, the sophisticated elegance of his new offering “Dem Howl” is rather unexpected.
Chaperoned by the emotionally charged timbre of Danish vocalist TROELS ABRAHAMSEN, who also featured on KÖLSCH‘s “All That Matters” – this cut steers towards the more introspective moments on the dance floor without sacrificing one iota of the precisely engineered groove machinery that is AUDION.
Gripping remixes come from Dutch maestro JORIS VOORN and Kompakt label head-honcho MICHAEL MAYER, who cater to the enthusiasts of evocative bells and epic synth pads – simply beautiful mood pieces for the club floors, just as immersive and timeless as the original.
Already supported by heavyweight DJs the likes of Pete Tong (BBC Radio 1), Annie Mac (BBC Radio 1), Steve Angello, John Digweed, Purple Disco Machine and Dave Seaman to name a small few!
Make way and welcome yet another talented young German DJ/Producer rising star to the VICIOUS family, LE SHUUK smashing it on his new tune “Seth”!
Having already gained the attention, props and supports from DAVID GUETTA, DIMITRI VEGAS & LIKE MIKE, CHUCKIE, ROGER SANCHEZ and OLIVER TWIZT to name but a few, this is sure to raise some interest on the international circuit.
Deep brooding builds, eerie vocal hooks, grinding energy and tight stabbing melodic synths throughout, this truly breaks the mould of the current Electro scene. File this under sure-fire dance-floor fillers!
